Scotch Broom Eradication Scotch Broom is a highly invasive species, and young plants need to be uprooted every spring before they have a chance to set seed. County resumes mowing at Zumwalt! To keep Zumwalt open to the public, FOZP agreed to help Lane County Parks Dept. by keeping the park mowed regularly for the past 9 years.
